DownTime applet
The DownTime applet calculates and displays the download
times of a file over various connection speeds.
DownTime isn't all that usefull. Version 1.4 is better than previous versions,
but it still does not take into account variations in one's connection, such as fluctuations in
baud rates. Therefore, DownTime is meant primarily to be a teaching tool for novice
Java programmers.
